Waterfall "El Limon"
and the beach Las Terrenas

Our trip takes you to the magnificent waterfall El Limon on the peninsula of Samana. The Waterfall is located between Samana and Las Terrenas and about 300 meters above the sea level.



From the small village El Limon, we go by horse through a picturesque forest, over the mountains, through valleys and across rivers until we reach the Salto del Limon. This ride takes about 30 min. (accompanied by guides) and then there is another 10 min. walk. El Limon is without doubt, one of the most beautiful waterfalls of the island. From an altitude of about 50 meters, the water drops into a clear pond, in which you will of course have the time to take a refreshing dip. Later, back in the village, we will stop at a ranch to have a delicious typical lunch. After, we continue to the beautiful beach of Las Terrenas. Of course there will be ample opportunities to take pictures. Playa de Las Terrenas invites you to swim and lay down on the beach to enjoy the delightful Dominican sun. We will stay at the beach for about one hour.
